Who’s Behind the P³ Method?
Coach Lo – Movement Architect. Fascia Strategist. Legacy Builder!
I’m Angelo “Coach Lo” Ennis—creator of the P³ Method and Director of Performance in Palm Beach County along with being the Head strength and conditioning coach, Head track and Cross Country coach at Palm Beach Central.
I don’t just train athletes—I engineer speed systems. The P³ Method fuses sprint biomechanics, fascia-driven priming, and athlete-specific programming into one scalable performance model.
My credentials reflect both range and specialization:
NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES)
EXOS Performance Specialist
ALTIS Short Sprints Certified
USATF Level 1 Certified Coach
USAW Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting Coach
Brookbush Institute Human Movement Specialist (HMS)
NSPA Certified Program Design Specialist
NSPA Speed & Agility Specialist
NSPA Weightlifting Coach
I built the P³ Method to bring clarity, science, and swagger to athlete development—starting from the fascia and trunk, and extending all the way to game-day execution. Whether on the track, field, or weight room, I coach speed like it’s a system, not a drill.
I coach athletes like they’re blueprints—not machines.
I train speed like it’s language—not labor.
And I mentor coaches to decode the body from the inside out.
